Before your leak detection:
- Have the pool & spa filled to the normal level and make sure the water is clean & clear.
- Provide us with any necessary gate codes/keys if you cannot be onsite for the appointment.
- Remove any pool/spa covers.
- Provide access to the pool equipment, a working electrical outlet, and the breaker box.
- Ensure that no other contractors are on-site at the time of our testing.
- Ensure humans & pets are secured inside or separate from the pool area.
What's included in your quote:
The price we quote is a flat rate, with no additional hourly charges. When we find a leak we do not stop testing. We continue to test your entire system to ensure that there are no secondary leaks. We always recommend being thorough and getting the most for your money by scheduling a full leak detection survey. Please note that after a partial leak detection, any return visits to do additional testing will result in a full survey charge.

- Underwater dye testing to locate any leaks in the pool basin (skimmer, lights, bottom suction drain, pipe openings, cracks, etc). This part of the testing includes pressure-testing the bottom suction drain pipe as well.**
This fee does not include:
- Pressure testing of all underground pool plumbing (suction, returns, sweep and auto-fill).
- Sonar testing of any leaking underground pipes to pin-point leak(s).
- Testing of any above ground equipment or extras such as solar system, water features or fountains, in-deck jets, floor cleaning pop-up system or heads. These are additional fees.
- Testing of any decorative rock associated with a pool, spa, fountain or water-features.

Results & repair recommendations:
After our leak detection is complete, we will email you an in-depth report of our findings and will follow up with an estimate for any necessary repairs that fall within our scope of work. The leak detection results are valid for 30 days.
